From the very start, West Pacific Services has been providing Strata building maintenance all over the lower mainland. In general, our typical strata clients are owners or tenants of apartments, condos, houses, townhouses, storefronts, individual offices.

Unlike most of contractors, we also work on large commercial projects which require us to maintain high level of safety, quality and efficiency. Large projects experience enables us to transfer and utilize best practices and techniques to servicing residential clients. One of such practices is using Rope Access method which is also successfully applied for large residential homes of 3-stories and higher. In fact, our Rope Access techniques could be a great alternative to bringing heavy and expensive machinery such as man-lift or setting a scaffolding.

We understand that services at residential properties require additional attention to details and neatness. For example, if some things need to be moved to get access to a window they shall be put back in the same order.
